There are two forums: The first is to announce your art event and the second is to tell other artists about your site. These forums are hosted  for free by a nonprofit Casual Forum. These forums are searchable. The forums may be removed without notice (unlikely). They are a convenience to Cyber Art Web Ring Members.  Consideration is being made on whether to add the Forum links into the control codes with the web ring logos. 

The Ring Master cannot be held responsible for the content of the Forums. Every effort will be made to ensure that their content is art related. If this effort becomes overwhelming, the Forums will be removed without notice. 

Chat cannot be monitored by this web ring master. Chat is available as a convenience to members.  The web ring master cannot be held responsible for the chat room. The chat site is NOT a part of this web site, but a linked convenience to it. Chat may be removed without notice if it is abused. Chat at your own risk. When you go to the chat page, you can learn how to use it. To be honest, I never chat; I don't have time, and I'll never Chat. But you might want to ... ;-)
